Summary

Position: Data Analytics Specialist
Type: Contractor (Part-time)
Compensation: $50 - $80/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Role Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy business intelligence solutions using Metabase to enhance business performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective analytics and reporting solutions.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to end users.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and ad-hoc reports to support ongoing business initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all analytics projects and reports.
Present findings and recommendations clearly through written documentation and verbal presentations.

Requirements

Have strong relevant experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field.
Demonstrate expert-level proficiency with Metabase for developing analytics and dashboard solutions.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Have demonstrated expertise in SQL and data modeling techniques.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
