Seeking an experienced RSA Archer GRC Analyst to support the design, configuration, integration, and ongoing support of enterprise governance, risk, and compliance solutions. This role will focus on building and enhancing RSA Archer applications, supporting security and compliance initiatives, integrating with enterprise platforms, and partnering with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable GRC solutions. Ideal candidates bring strong hands-on RSA Archer expertise, integration experience, and a background in enterprise security, risk, or compliance environments.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and support RSA Archer GRC solutions across governance, risk, and compliance functions
- Build and maintain Archer applications including assessments, issue management, controls assurance, and custom workflows
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Develop and support integrations between Archer and enterprise platforms using REST APIs / web services
- Configure forms, questionnaires, workflows, approvals, permissions, and data relationships within Archer
- Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and resolve technical defects
- Create technical documentation including solution designs, testing artifacts, and implementation plans
- Support production deployments, change management, and release governance processes
- Partner with security, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders to deliver effective GRC solutions
- Provide end-user support, knowledge transfer, and platform best practices guidance
qualifications:
Qualifications:
RSA Archer certification (ACP or Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator - Expert) required
Strong hands-on experience configuring, administering, and supporting RSA Archer GRC solutions
Experience developing integrations using REST APIs / web services
Proficiency with JavaScript and jQuery for platform customization
Strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and security control frameworks
Ability to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience troubleshooting enterprise platform issues and optimizing performance
Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Experience in large enterprise or regulated environments preferred
Familiarity with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC, or similar compliance frameworks preferred
ServiceNow / ITSM integration experience is a plus
