Salary: $93,750-$125,000



A leading global manufacturer specializing in access solutions and smart technologies is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support multiple IT and business projects. This role is critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager will work closely with project stakeholders, team leads, and the PMO to drive project execution, manage resources, and facilitate communication across teams.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 2-3 concurrent projects (occasionally 1 large project), ensuring successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Perform core project management duties including scheduling, meeting facilitation, note-taking, time tracking, and budget management.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively drive resolution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including plans, status reports, and meeting notes.
  • Ensure all project team members are informed, engaged, and accountable for their deliverables.
  • Collaborate with the PMO and IT Business Operations to ensure adherence to project governance and best practices.
  • Serve as a Scrum Master when applicable, facilitating Agile ceremonies and supporting Agile teams.
  • Foster a positive team environment and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Report project status and escalate issues as needed to project sponsors and leadership.



Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT or technology-driven environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Experience with both traditional and Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.
  • Ability to work largely onsite and build relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing project budgets and schedules.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.



Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master certification.
  • Experience working with or within a PMO.
  • Familiarity with IT project environments and terminology.
  • Experience working with contractors and external vendors.
