Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager Front Office to lead strategic initiatives within the front-office technology and business teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in capital markets, trading platforms, and front-office operations, with the ability to manage complex programs across multiple stakeholders.

This role will work closely with traders, portfolio managers, product teams, and technology groups to deliver critical projects supporting trading and investment functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for front-office initiatives within capital markets or investment banking environments.
• Manage project planning, scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with trading desks, sales teams, and technology teams to implement business and technology solutions.
• Drive front-to-back system integration across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office platforms.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams for system implementations and upgrades.
• Support Agile or hybrid delivery models including sprint planning and backlog management.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Project Management experience in financial services.
• Strong experience working with Front Office trading environments.
• Knowledge of capital markets, equities, fixed income, FX, or derivatives trading.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale technology or transformation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with trading platforms, order management systems (OMS), or risk systems.
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or Clarity.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
• Experience working with global trading teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
