RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's direct client that is in need an Application Support with MS Dynamics Application Support expertise. This is a contract to hire opportunity located in Short Hills, NJ and the candidate will be expected to work on-site 3x week. The primary focus of this role will be supporting and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. The Application Support will ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of MS Dynamics CRM solutions while collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver high-quality support and development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide application support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and performance optimization
* Configure and customize Dynamics CRM modules to meet evolving business requirements
* Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement CRM enhancements
* Develop and maintain data integration workflows between Dynamics CRM and other enterprise systems
* Create and manage reports and dashboards within Dynamics CRM and related BI tools
* Write and optimize SQL Server queries and stored procedures for CRM data management
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM support, administration and customization
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent documentation and collaboration abilities
Proficiency in:
* CRM configuration and workflows
* API development skills
* SQL Server (queries and stored procedures)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
