Key Responsibilities
β Develop industrial control systems and OT solutions following GAMP 5 guidelines, including technical specifications and validation support documentation, ensuring designs enable GxP compliance for biopharmaceutical R&D environments.
β Design and implement PLC programming and SCADA/HMI applications.
β Implement data exchange solutions using communication protocols.
β Demonstrate solutions via presentations and proof-of-concept implementations.
β Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders on the requirements and participate in Agile/Nexus Framework practices.
Required Qualifications
β 7+ years of hands-on experience in Industrial Control Systems and OT technologies with the proven track record in PLC programming and SCADA/HMI development in R&D environments.
Technical Skills
β Expert in STL/FBD/Ladder and object-oriented programming preferably using Siemens TIA Portal, CODESYS
β Expert in SCADA/HMI development preferably using Siemens WinCC, Ignition, Aveva System Platform
β Experience with OPC DA & UA, MODBUS, Ethernet/IP protocols for real-time data exchange
β Experience with DCS solutions (Delta-V and/or Siemens PCS), UI design and prototyping
β Experience with MS SQL Server and .NET framework
Preferred Qualifications
β Strong hands-on experience with Siemens TIA Portal, Siemens WinCC is a plus
β Hands-on MTP (Module Type Package) implementation experience is a plus
β Experience with RESTful APIs and WebSocket is a plus
β Familiarity with Automated testing frameworks, Version control (GitHub), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible), CI/CD pipelines for industrial automation systems
β Familiarity Virtualization technology, Docker, Monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus)
β Experience with Prometheus, RabbitMQ, Java, Docker, virtualizing SCADA and PLC packages
β Familiarity with ISA-88/ISA-95 standards
β Agile methodology and Nexus framework experience
β Knowledge of AI solutions and ability to use in SDLC is a plus
