Job Title: Software Developer 3 IAM Work Location: 5805 N. Lamar Blvd, Austin, TX 78752
Duration: Long-term Contract

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer 3 / IAM Engineer to manage and support the enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of experience with IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation, and scripting
8+ years of experience with application onboarding and IAM integrations
5+ years of experience designing RBAC models, Separation of Duties (SoD), and access certification campaigns
5+ years of experience with Centralized Identity Providers, SSO, and MFA
3+ years of experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
3+ years of experience implementing User Access Reviews using SailPoint
3+ years of experience integrating applications with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
3+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)
3+ years of experience automating user provisioning and reporting using PowerShell and Python
State government experience is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement centralized IAM frameworks using SAML 2.0 and OIDC
Develop IAM lifecycle workflows and automate user provisioning
Onboard and integrate business applications using REST APIs
Design and implement RBAC and access governance
Support IGA, Access Management, and Privileged Access Services
Collaborate with security and IT teams to maintain consistent IAM practices
Assess IAM technologies and maintain technical documentation
Provide support for Directory, IAM services, servers, and databases
