We are seeking an experienced Adobe Firefly Generative AI Technical Architect to provide technical leadership and architectural ownership for Generative AI solutions built on Adobe Firefly and Adobe Experience Cloud.

This role partners closely with Engineering, Experience, Data, and Sales teams to design, implement, and scale responsible AI capabilities that enhance content creation, personalization, and digital experience delivery.

Core Responsibilities

Technical ownership and architectural authority for Adobe Firefly–based solutions
Define and enforce Generative AI best practices within Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystems
Architect integrations between Adobe Firefly, AEM, and enterprise platforms
Ensure compliance with Adobe licensing, governance, and responsible AI standards
Translate creative/business requirements into technical designs
Act as escalation point for Firefly-related technical challenges

Technical Leadership & Client Engagement

Support planning sessions, demos, UAT, and production launches
Provide technical consultation on Firefly capabilities and limitations
Support sales with architecture input, demos, and effort estimation
Mentor engineers and contribute to internal AI standards

Required Skills

Technical:

Experience architecting enterprise digital/content platforms
Hands-on experience with Generative AI platforms
Experience integrating GenAI with workflow systems
Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI governance

Soft Skills:

Strong communication (technical & non-technical)
Ability to work independently
Excellent time management
Leadership mindset with mentoring capability

Certifications (Required)

AD2-E901 – Adobe Firefly Services Qualified Credential

Optional:

Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
