Cybersecurity Governance Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Governance Analyst in Fort Lauderdale, FL to support cybersecurity governance, risk management, process improvement, reporting, and security awareness initiatives. This role will drive governance program maturity by enhancing processes, administering governance technologies, developing reporting and metrics, and leveraging automation and AI-enabled tools to improve operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, playbooks, and governance documentation
* Manage governance activities including issue tracking, remediation oversight, exception management, and action item governance
* Analyze and improve cybersecurity and IT processes to increase operational efficiency and control effectiveness
* Administer and enhance GRC, governance, and security awareness platforms
* Design and implement workflows, dashboards, reporting solutions, and automation capabilities
* Support phishing simulations, security awareness campaigns, and human risk management initiatives
* Develop KPIs, KRIs, scorecards, dashboards, and executive reporting
* Analyze governance and operational data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
* Partner with cybersecurity, technology, and business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and governance programs

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business, Risk Management, or related field; or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity governance, GRC, risk management, compliance, security operations, or a related discipline
* Strong knowledge of cybersecurity governance frameworks, controls, policies, standards, and risk management practices
* Experience documenting, analyzing, and improving cybersecurity or IT processes
* Hands-on experience administering governance, workflow, reporting, or security platforms
* Knowledge of workflow automation, integrations, APIs, and data management concepts
* Experience developing dashboards, metrics, reporting, and data-driven insights
* Experience utilizing AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, analytics, workflows, or operational efficiency
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills:
* ServiceNow GRC/IRM, Archer, Onspring, or similar GRC platforms
* KnowBe4, Proofpoint, Hoxhunt, or other security awareness platforms
* Power BI, data visualization, and executive reporting
* Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, ServiceNow Flow Designer, or comparable automation tools
* Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, or COBIT
* Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous process improvement methodologies

Preferred Certifications:
* CISSP (strongly preferred)
* CISM
* CRISC
* CGRC
* CISA
* CompTIA Security+
* Lean Six Sigma Green Belt+
* PMP

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
