Job Title: ServiceNow Application Lead

Location: Remote (Preferably Minneapolis, MN)

POSITION OVERVIEW The ServiceNow Engineer will focus on Integration Platform security within the Products division. The team is responsible for designing and supporting secure, bi-directional integrations between ServiceNow and various security tools to ensure robust data flow and compliance.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Design and Develop ServiceNow security schemas and ACLs for Tables, Fields, and Records.

·         Create and support bi-directional integrations using Scripted REST APIs.

·         Manage and secure MID Servers utilized for platform integrations.

·         Design and maintain automated flows related to security integrations and compliance workflows.

·         Integrate ServiceNow with Identity and Access Management (IAM) applications.

·         Utilize Integration Hub spokes for security controls and comprehensive error handling.
