Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs while aligning solutions with overall business strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis, data analysis, requirements gathering, and SDLC methodologies. This role requires collaboration with business stakeholders and IT teams to improve business processes and implement effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business systems, processes, and user requirements.

• Gather and document functional and technical requirements.

• Support business process mapping and process improvement initiatives.

• Participate in system design, testing, and user acceptance testing.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams including architecture and development teams.

• Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and cost/benefit analysis.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Strong experience with requirements gathering and business process analysis

• Experience working with SDLC methodologies

• Experience with data analysis and evaluating business systems

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience participating in system testing and UAT

Preferred Skills:

• Experience implementing case management systems

• Experience with Jira project management tools
