Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Test Lead – Performance Testing to lead end-to-end performance testing activities for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work directly with business and technical stakeholders to define performance testing strategies, understand non-functional requirements (NFRs), develop and execute performance test scripts, analyze system performance, and deliver comprehensive performance test reports. The candidate should have strong expertise in NeoLoad and experience testing SAP applications in large-scale enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

·       Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand performance testing requirements and NFRs.

·       Design and develop comprehensive performance test strategies and plans.

·       Create, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using NeoLoad.

·       Perform load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for SAP applications.

·       Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.

·       Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders.

·       Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve performance issues.

Required Skill

·       8–10+ years of Performance Testing experience.

·       Strong expertise in NeoLoad.

·       Hands-on experience with SAP Performance Testing.

·       Experience creating performance test strategies and test plans.

·       Strong understanding of Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).

·       Experience executing performance tests and analyzing results.

·       Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
