Role Summary
CTS is looking for a Facets & Control-M Specialist to support healthcare payer operations remotely. The candidate will configure and maintain TriZetto Facets modules and manage batch job scheduling via Control-M.
Key Skills Required
5+ years hands-on experience with TriZetto Facets (Claims, Membership, Benefits, Provider, Billing)
Strong Control-M expertise job scheduling, batch workflow management, and SLA monitoring
SQL/Oracle proficiency for data analysis and troubleshooting
Knowledge of EDI transactions (834, 835, 837) in a healthcare payer environment
Experience with Facets table maintenance, benefit plan builds, and upgrades
Ability to troubleshoot batch failures and resolve scheduling conflicts
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Helix Control-M or cloud-based scheduling (AWS/Azure)
Familiarity with TriZetto QNXT or HIPAA 5010 standards
BMC Control-M certification is a plus
