Role Overview
Provide preventive maintenance, repair, and commissioning of a wide range of
commercial HVAC systems while delivering a high-quality customer experience
aligned with company standards.

Work Schedule
40+ hours per week
Occasional weekend work based on customer needs
Participation in a rotating on-call schedule

Required Experience & Qualifications
5+ years of commercial HVAC experience
Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
Valid and insurable driving record with experience operating service vehicles
Commitment to daily use of safety PPE
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders
Strong customer service and communication skills
Willingness to take ownership and provide leadership when needed
Formal HVAC education preferred with strong mechanical knowledge
Solid understanding of refrigeration fundamentals (subcooling, superheat,
etc.)
Proficiency in using electrical meters
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and HVAC schematics
Experience troubleshooting a wide range of HVAC systems
Ability to evaluate repair vs. replacement decisions
Knowledge of sheet metal practices
Understanding of air and hydronic balancing
Universal EPA/CFC Certification
