.Net Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled .NET Lead / Joint Architect with a strong background in .NET and Angular to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading development teams, architecting solutions, and delivering high-quality software products. This role requires a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and architecture of scalable and maintainable software solutions using .NET and Angular.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team is leveraging the best tools and practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in .NET framework and .NET Core.
• Experience with AWS Glue
• Strong experience with Angular for front-end development.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as  AWS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of security best practices in software development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on .NET and Angular.
• Proven experience in a leadership role, guiding teams through the software development lifecycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
