- Must come from a corporate/enterprise environment understands CapEx vs OpEx, investment thinking, and technical project governance
- Certifications: At least one is required PMP is the strongest preference; Agile Scrum Master or SAFe Project Manager also accepted
OVERVIEW
Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives, with a primary focus on AI and machine learning projects. Corporate-background PM who can manage complex technical projects and engage effectively across business and technology teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-focused and enterprise technology projects
• Define and manage scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps aligned to strategic and tactical goals
• Manage project investment tracking in accordance with CapEx/OpEx frameworks

Stakeholder Communication

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical initiatives
• Deliver consistent status updates, risk reports, and executive briefings
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and manage dependencies across teams

Technical Coordination

• Partner with architects, engineers, and AI/ML leads on delivery strategy and integration requirements
• Maintain working knowledge of AI/ML systems, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture
• Coordinate across infrastructure, cloud, security, and development teams

Governance & Risk Management

• Establish governance structures, documentation standards, and reporting processes
• Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure compliance with organizational security, architecture, and operational standards

Delivery Oversight

• Track milestones and drive accountability for on-time, quality delivery
• Coordinate testing, deployment readiness, and operational transitions
• Monitor performance metrics and escalate issues to maintain project momentum

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of project management experience in a corporate or enterprise environment
• Demonstrated experience managing AI, machine learning, or data-driven technology projects
• Strong knowledge of CapEx/OpEx classification and enterprise project governance
• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture including cloud, infrastructure, and system integrations
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, priorities, and cross-team dependencies
• Strong communication skills comfortable presenting to both executive and technical audiences
• Experience with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery methodologies
• Active certification required PMP strongly preferred; CSM, PSM, or SAFe Agilist accepted

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Program Management Professional (PgMP)
• ITIL Foundation Certification or higher
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or Azure Administrator Associate
• SAFe Program Consultant or SAFe Agilist
• CISSP
• Experience with AI/ML platforms or model deployment pipelines
