Position Overview

ValueMomentum is seeking an experienced Clinical Data Integration Lead to provide technical leadership in healthcare interoperability, clinical data integration, and FHIR-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing and implementing scalable clinical data exchange platforms connecting payers, providers, EHRs, HIEs, laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and implementation of clinical data integration and interoperability solutions.
  • Design integrations using FHIR R4/R5, HL7 v2, C-CDA, ADT, REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Define reusable integration patterns for payer/provider and clinical data exchange.
  • Develop solutions for clinical data ingestion, validation, transformation, normalization, and distribution.
  • Create source-to-target mappings between clinical systems, enterprise clinical models, and FHIR resources.
  • Lead implementation of FHIR APIs, bulk data exchange, and event-driven integrations.
  • Address clinical data quality, terminology mapping, provenance, reconciliation, and semantic normalization.
  • Provide technical leadership for an enterprise Clinical Data Exchange Platform.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to develop scalable real-time and batch clinical data pipelines.
  • Support integration with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or comparable cloud data platforms.
  • Establish clinical data lineage, provenance, source attribution, and quality frameworks.
  • Ensure appropriate authentication, authorization, consent, security, and audit controls for healthcare data exchange.
