Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Field Service Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform ecosystem.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solution design and development, with strong focus on Field Service
8+ years of development experience with Azure and modern web stack technologies (.NET, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
8+ years of experience building Plugins, Workflows, and Custom Actions
8+ years of experience with Microsoft ecosystem integrations
Strong experience with Field Service Resource Scheduling Optimization (RSO)
Proven experience designing large-scale enterprise applications using modern design patterns
Strong program management and stakeholder communication skills
