Job Description

We are looking for an experienced OneStream Techno-Functional Specialist with strong hands-on experience in OneStream implementation, configuration, administration, and support. The candidate should have both technical expertise and functional knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

Mandatory Skills

·         Strong hands-on experience with OneStream platform implementation, configuration, administration, and support.

·         Expertise in OneStream architecture, metadata management, dimensions, workflows, and business rules.

·         Experience configuring OneStream forms, dashboards, reports, and security.

·         Strong functional knowledge of Budgeting, Planning, and Forecasting (BPF).

·         Hands-on implementation experience in Workforce Planning and Capital Planning.

·         Experience with financial consolidation and management reporting.

·         Knowledge of data integration, data management, data validation, and reconciliation.

·         Ability to translate Finance business requirements into technical OneStream solutions.

·         Experience working with Finance, IT stakeholders, and implementation partners.

·         Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Experience supporting UAT, deployment, documentation, and post-production activities.
