Job Opportunity: Diesel Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair minor mechanical issues, including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, air conditioning, and engine components.
- Assist customers with roadside assistance services.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
- Handle and lift items weighing over 75 pounds in confined spaces.
- Adapt to various temperature conditions while working.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction by adhering to organizational safety policies and procedures.
- Work on a rotating schedule that includes both day and night shifts as required.
- Obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation, with costs covered by the organization.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Physical capability to lift heavy objects and work in varying temperatures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Working Conditions:
This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with a variety of customers and drivers. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
