Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to support day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

The Accountant will work closely with internal stakeholders to monitor budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial insights that support informed decision-making. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who values accuracy, accountability, and purpose-driven work.

Responsibilities

Maintain general ledger accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
Prepare and support financial reports and analyses
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Assist with audit preparation and compliance activities
Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of accounting experience
Working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
