We are seeking an experienced Database Administrator 3 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL Server database administration, with a focus on high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain systems documentation effectively. Candidates must be local and able to work in a hybrid environment from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of experience in SQL Server database administration (version 16 and upwards).
• Expertise in high availability and disaster recovery solutions.
• Proficient in transparent data encryption within SQL Server.
• Over 2 years of experience in creating, updating, and maintaining systems documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
