Supply Chain Strategy/Operations Consultant

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Strategy & Operations professional to lead crossfunctional initiatives, drive process improvements, and support largescale business transformation. The ideal candidate has strong experience in supply chain strategy, PMO leadership, operational excellence, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain strategy projects and ensure organizational readiness for major initiatives.
• Drive endtoend project management across planning, logistics, finance, and IT.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and support business growth.
• Improve operational processes, refine SOPs, and enhance system efficiency.
• Conduct data analysis and support longterm capacity planning.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams across supply chain, operations, finance, and technology.
• Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• Strong background in supply chain strategy, operations, or logistics.
• Experience leading crossfunctional projects and PMO activities.
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting both retail and ecommerce supply chain initiatives.
• Familiarity with distribution center operations, inventory planning, and vendor management.
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
