 Role Overview:

 We are seeking a Senior Salesforce AI Developer / Consultant to design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on delivering business value through Salesforce AI capabilities, automation, intelligent customer engagement, and AI-assisted workflows.

 The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development expertise with hands-on experience in Salesforce AI technologies, customer engagement processes, and enterprise integrations. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, Salesforce administrators, and AI platform teams to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Salesforce AI Solution Development

 • Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions using Salesforce AI capabilities.

 • Configure and customize Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, Data Cloud, Flow Automation, and MuleSoft.

 • Build AI-driven workflows to improve customer engagement, productivity, and operational efficiency.

 • Develop intelligent customer service, sales, and marketing experiences.

 AI Use Cases & Business Enablement

 • Partner with business stakeholders to identify and implement high-value AI use cases.

 • Improve customer experience, productivity, automation, and business insights.

 • Rapidly prototype and test AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.

 Salesforce Development & Configuration

 • Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and Flow Builder.

 • Configure Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

 • Build reusable components and automation frameworks.

 Enterprise Integrations

 • Integrate Salesforce with enterprise applications, APIs, ServiceNow, and external AI platforms.

 • Utilize MuleSoft and Salesforce integration technologies.

 AI Governance & Compliance Support

 • Follow responsible AI, security, privacy, and compliance guidelines.

 • Support governance controls for AI-generated content and automated processes.

 Platform Support & Enablement

 • Provide technical support for AI-enabled Salesforce solutions.

 • Create technical documentation and implementation guides.

 • Share Salesforce AI development best practices.

 Required Qualifications

 • 10+ years of Salesforce development and platform experience.

 • Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, MuleSoft, and Salesforce Platform Development.

 • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Einstein Copilot, and Data Cloud.

 • Strong experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and integrations.

 • Understanding of Generative AI and AI-powered business workflows.

 Preferred Qualifications

 • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II Certification.

 • Salesforce AI Specialist Certification.

 • Experience integrating Salesforce with Vertex AI, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI.

 • Familiarity with RAG, Conversational AI, AI Agents, and Prompt Engineering.
