Core Responsibilities

• Test Strategy & Execution: Design, build, and execute comprehensive test plans, cases, and scenarios translated directly from technical and business requirements.

• Full-Cycle Testing: Drive end-to-end functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for regular releases and application changes.

• Automation Focus: Develop repeatable automated test and regression banks to guarantee comprehensive code coverage and scalable testing.

• API & Data Validation: Test complex system integrations, interfaces, APIs, and workflows, utilizing SQL for thorough data reconciliation and validation.

• Defect Management: Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution while collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and validate fixes.

• Risk Mitigation: Audit requirements early in the project lifecycle to proactively flag gaps, inconsistencies, and potential quality risks.

• Quality Metrics & Reporting: Generate detailed test quality metrics against requirements and deliver consistent status updates on progress, risks, and outstanding defects.

• Deployment Support: Champion production validation activities, maintain meticulous testing documentation, and actively contribute to requirements reviews, release planning, and project meetings.
