Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise grant management and business application initiatives by enhancing and maintaining critical web applications. This role serves as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to gather requirements, support application enhancements, facilitate testing, and improve business processes within an Agile environment.
This opportunity is based in Lansing, MI, and is open to candidates within a 100-mile radius of Lansing, MI. The client is only considering candidates who can work without requiring present or future employment sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, vendors, and project leadership
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, requirement workshops, and project discussions
• Manage and prioritize support requests and enhancement tickets using Azure DevOps
• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and user stories
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and validation activities
• Maintain project documentation, SharePoint sites, process documentation, and knowledge repositories
• Lead business process improvements and support software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities
• Develop end-user documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions
• Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders
