Job Title: AWS DevOps Engineer
Location: Onsite (5 days/week)
Duration: Long Term

🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled CloudOps Engineer responsible for managing and maintaining AWS cloud operations. The role focuses on ensuring stability, monitoring cloud environments, implementing automation, and driving operational excellence using AWS best practices.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Create and maintain cloud systems and operational processes
Monitor and manage AWS cloud infrastructure
Work with AWS to analyze issues and implement best practice solutions
Identify and implement automation for operational efficiency
Manage and optimize cloud resources and configurations
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and system issues
Maintain high standards of cloud operational quality
Collaborate with internal teams for development, debugging, and testing support
Drive continuous improvement and identify areas for optimization

🔹 Top Skills Required

5+ years of Cloud Operations experience
5+ years of AWS experience
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills

🔹 Required Technical Skills

Experience with AWS services: CloudFormation, CloudWatch, Trusted Advisor, Health, Athena, Support
Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub
Experience in monitoring, automation, and cloud infrastructure management
Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
Experience with IAM roles and policies (least privilege principles)
Experience working in cross-functional environments

🔹 Preferred Skills

AWS Certifications (Cloud, DevOps, Architecture)
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, ARM Templates)
Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS + Azure preferred)

🔹 Education & Experience

5–7+ years of overall software/cloud experience
No degree required

🔹 Team & Work Environment

Team size: ~12 members (including 3 cloud engineers)
Fully onsite role (5 days/week)

🔹 Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently on complex systems

🔹 Disqualifiers / Notes
