Summary

Role: Finance Functional Consultant Oracle R12 (Morocco Project Recruitment)

Location: Fully Remote

Open globally; however, experience with Oracle R12 implementations in Morocco.

Responsibilities:

Act as the Oracle R12 Finance functional expert during implementation and rollout projects.
Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and provide solutions aligned with Oracle best practices.
Collaborate with project teams to configure Oracle Finance modules and ensure smooth integration.
Prepare functional specifications, documentation, and end-user training materials.
Support UAT, issue resolution, and post-implementation stabilization.

Required Skills and Experience:

Extensive experience as a Finance Functional Consultant in Oracle R12 implementations, preferably in Morocco.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.) and configuration.
Excellent English communication skills to interact with stakeholders and project teams.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
