SAP SD & Vistex IT Manager

Join a growing team as an SAP SD & Vistex IT Manager, leading solutions across Order to Cash processes including pricing, billing, and sales operations. This role will play a key part in building internal SAP capability while guiding system decisions and supporting business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance, and ongoing improvement of SAP SD and Vistex solutions supporting Order to Cash processes.
• Guide configuration decisions related to pricing, billing, rebates, and promotions.
• Act as a primary escalation point for functional and configuration-related issues.
• Mentor and support team members while helping build internal SAP knowledge and capability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Support user training, documentation, and adoption of SAP SD and Vistex solutions.

Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD supporting Order to Cash processes (pricing, billing, sales).
• Experience with Vistex including rebates, incentives, and pricing programs.
• Ability to support and guide configuration and troubleshooting when needed.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP SD and Finance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience working alongside external partners or system integrators.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology or agile delivery models.
