Job Title : Epic Client Systems Analyst (ECSA
Location : Remote

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Epic Client Systems (ECSA) and Epic client infrastructure.
Strong experience supporting Citrix for Epic, including application delivery, session troubleshooting, and access management.
Experience providing Epic go-live support, deployment assistance, cutover support, and post-go-live stabilization.
Epic Client Systems Administrator (ECSA) certification, as required by the client.
Experience with Epic hosting migration projects, including infrastructure transitions and environment validation.
Experience supporting Epic data-center migration projects.
Knowledge of Windows client environments, remote application access, and enterprise healthcare IT infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across client systems, application delivery, and connectivity.
Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical teams and healthcare application stakeholders.
