We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Experience in aeronautical or naval engineering practices, maintenance processes, and operational procedures.
Experience supporting aircraft, cutter, boat, or other maritime maintenance and sustainment operations.
Experience utilizing Asset Logistics Management Information Systems (ALMIS), Electronic Asset Logbook (EAL), and Decision Support Systems (DSS) or comparable enterprise asset management applications.
Experience delivering classroom instruction, technical training, or instructor-led learning programs.
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver engaging presentations and facilitate technical training sessions.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and virtual collaboration platforms.
Proven ability to effectively instruct and engage large groups in both classroom and virtual training environments.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while supporting organizational training and development initiatives.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
