Summary

Key Responsibilities

Act as the onsite point of contact for Finance / Accounting stakeholders
Provide SAP FICO functional support covering:

General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Accounting (AA)
Cost Center / Profit Center Accounting

Handle day‑to‑day support issues, incident resolution, and service requests within SLA
Work closely with offshore teams to coordinate issue resolution and enhancements
Support month‑end / quarter‑end / year‑end closing activities
Participate in business discussions, requirement clarifications, and solution walkthroughs
Assist in testing, documentation, and user support as required
Ensure compliance with finance controls and client processes
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and value adds

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands‑on experience in SAP FICO
Good understanding of end‑to‑end finance and accounting processes
Experience working in AMS / support engagement
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently in an onsite client environment
Experience coordinating with offshore delivery teams
Exposure to US clients is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

Prior onsite client‑facing experience
Knowledge of integrations with MM / SD is an advantage
Exposure to compliance, audits, or SOX processes is a plus
