Detailed Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cutover Manager to lead and manage end-to-end cutover planning and execution for an SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Activate methodology, cutover strategy, data migration, rehearsal management, risk mitigation, and go-live readiness.
The candidate will coordinate business and technical stakeholders to ensure a smooth, controlled, and successful transition to SAP S/4HANA production.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and manage the overall SAP S/4HANA cutover strategy, governance, execution plan, communications, and contingency approach aligned with SAP Activate methodology.
· Define cutover scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, and responsibilities.
· Coordinate end-to-end data migration, system integrations, third-party applications, and business and technical stakeholders.
· Plan and lead multiple cutover rehearsals and dress rehearsals to validate execution plans and ensure go-live readiness.
· Manage master and transactional data migration activities, including data cleansing, migration execution, and validation.
· Identify cutover risks, resolve execution issues, and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
· Prepare and maintain cutover plans, milestone calendars, resource schedules, execution trackers, and status reports.
· Monitor cutover progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of all cutover activities.
