Summary

job summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Applications Analyst to join our team in supporting, upgrading, and implementing critical clinical applications and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring our clinical software is fully tested, seamless to operate, and aligned with user needs, directly supporting clinical operations and patient care environments.

salary: $40.86 - 50.86 per hour

work hours: 9am to 5pm

education: Bachelors



responsibilities:

Implement, upgrade, and support complex clinical application systems and EMR solutions.


Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing problem-solving support for clinical end-users.


Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of all software systems prior to production deployment.


Document and map complex operational processes, procedures, and future-state system environments.


Train and educate clinical personnel on system functionality, workflows, and updated capabilities.


Provide mentoring and guidance in systems analysis, design, specification development, and client methodologies.




qualifications:

Proven experience supporting, implementing, and troubleshooting clinical application systems or EMR platforms.


Strong background in systems analysis, integration testing, and technical process documentation.


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of successfully training end-users.


Ability to work on-site in Louisville, KY based on hybrid schedule requirements (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday).


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Experience supporting Rehabilitation-specific clinical applications and workflows.


Demonstrated mentoring experience in system analysis and functional design.


Background working within multi-site healthcare operations or centralized support center environments.
