Summary

Design, build, and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces using React.

Deliver end-to-end application features across UI, API, and data layers, ensuring performance, security, and consistency.

Develop and maintain automated UI and end-to-end test suites using Playwright or equivalent frameworks.

Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices aligned with privacy, security, and compliance requirements.

Implement and support event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar messaging technologies.

Build scalable ETL frameworks using object-oriented Python and Java.

Collaborate with product, architecture, data, privacy, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Contribute to system architecture, service design, data flows, and integration patterns.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical design discussions, and peer code reviews.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development, testing, and production environments.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release workflows.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and system specifications.

Evaluate and adopt modern technologies to improve system performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Utilize AI productivity tools such as Claude and Cursor throughout the software development lifecycle for design, development, testing, debugging, deployment, documentation, and production support.

Design, build, and operate AI agents to automate software engineering tasks, including code generation, unit and API test creation, log analysis, incident triage, and CI/CD support.

Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities into backend services and APIs using LLMs, prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

Implement audit logging, observability, and human-in-the-loop controls for AI agents and AI-assisted workflows in Tier-0 production environments.

Ensure software solutions adhere to best practices for security, compliance, scalability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

? 6+ years of Software Engineering experience
