Job Description As an Associate Product Analyst, New College Grad, you will support product management work for data products and data platforms within the Global Data Office. You will collaborate with product leadership, technology, product operations, regional and global solutions, business intelligence, privacy, and governance partners to help enable high-quality data products and platform capabilities for internal and external use cases.
All Visa roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.

Responsibilities may include:
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and business teams to define, refine, and document product requirements for data products and data platform capabilities, helping inform backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and feature delivery.
- Coordinate workshops with technology and cross-functional partners to iterate on product requirements, feasibility, prioritization, and project planning.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and journey mapping to understand user pain points, personas, and product opportunities.
- Develop product prototypes, demos, wireframes, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation to communicate product concepts, user experiences, and potential solutions.
- Analyze usage data, operational metrics, and stakeholder feedback to inform feature prioritization, roadmap planning, and product enhancements.
- Support data platform modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption efforts, while helping ensure business readiness and alignment to enterprise data standards.
- Assist in improving data quality, discoverability, metadata, and lineage practices so data products can be used effectively and responsibly across the company.
- Support processes that enable secure and responsible data use, dataset access management, and effective adoption of data products.
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to communicate status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and recommendations through clear written and verbal updates.
- Use Visa-approved AI and productivity tools to improve product analysis, documentation, research synthesis, and stakeholder communications.
- Explore emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry trends to identify opportunities that improve user experiences and product outcomes.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications :
- Less than 6 months of relevant work experience with either Bachelor's or Master's degree graduating May 2026 - August 2027
Preferred Qualifications - Strong interest in product management, data platforms, data products, platform modernization, and conversational AI.
- Curious mindset with an interest in solving problems, using data to drive insights, and translating business needs into product requirements.
- Basic understanding of data management concepts such as data quality, metadata, data lineage, governance, dataset access, and responsible data use.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, or interest in learning cloud-based data tools and hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience or coursework using BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with UX design or prototyping tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, InVision, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with product management or project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Ability to collaborate across technical and business teams, navigate ambiguity, and communicate requirements clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-oriented approach with a willingness to learn, build new skills, and identify new ways to innovate.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills with attention to detail.
