  • Support the IT strategic roadmap by identifying high-priority initiatives and driving portfolio-wide process standardization to improve delivery consistency.
  • Lead discovery sessions to translate business and operational requirements into technical specifications, QA plans, and measurable success criteria.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, backlogs, technical artifacts, and runbooks.
  • Oversee daily execution by managing sprint cadence, backlog prioritization, risks, dependencies, defects, and issue resolution while meeting quality benchmarks.
  • Manage third-party vendors by monitoring SLA performance, contract compliance, costs, and resource utilization.
  • Proactively manage scope changes and technical dependencies, guiding teams through complex problem-solving and ensuring smooth transitions to operations.
  • Develop and present dashboards and reports that communicate project health, budgets, risks, and KPIs to leadership.
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews, incorporating lessons learned into future project frameworks.
  • Support additional initiatives as needed, serving as a subject matter expert in technical project management governance.

Desired Experience

  • 4+ years of project management experience, preferably within an IT organization.
  • Proven experience managing diverse IT initiatives, including infrastructure upgrades and enterprise software deployments, aligned to technical roadmaps and budgets.
  • Strong background implementing standardized project workflows with integrated QA and service delivery metrics.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams and vendors using hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of governance and structured project reporting.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred.

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong understanding of software development and IT concepts, with the ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience applying IT standards, security, and architectural frameworks.
  • Vendor management and third-party delivery oversight experience.
  • Ability to produce clear, data-driven status updates and executive dashboards.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Excellent planning, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
