What tech skills you will need:
C# .NET Full Stack development experience
Strong SQL skills are a must! Writing SQL stored procedures, queries, views
1+ year(s) of Experience with Blazor preferred, Angular or React
API experience & integrations
Azure is a plus
AI tools including Claude Business, Copilot, and a custom internal chatbot
Owning full stack development projects from concept to delivery
Building front-end and back-end solutions, Microsoft environment
Handling bug fixes, enhancements, + new development
Participating in Agile, daily standups, user stories, and Jira-based workflows
Self-starter mentality, strong critical thinking & troubleshooting skills
Team snapshot
You'll join a close-knit development team of about 4.5 developers, including a hands-on Project Manager and a seasoned Senior Developer. The group works in Agile, supports one another, Daily standups provide guidance, mentorship, and a path to leveling up technically.
