Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced US Recruitment Lead to lead and manage our US Talent Acquisition team, with a primary focus on IT and Sales hiring. This is a leadership role responsible for driving recruitment strategy, managing recruiter performance, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring the delivery of top-tier talent across technical and sales functions.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in US staffing, a proven track record in IT recruitment, experience hiring Sales professionals, and strong leadership capabilities to build and mentor a high-performing recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US recruiters responsible for IT and Sales hiring.
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for critical and leadership-level positions across technology and sales organizations.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent in a competitive US market.
  • Drive full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
  • Ensure recruiters consistently meet hiring SLAs, quality metrics, and time-to-fill targets.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and prepare regular hiring dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Coach recruiters on sourcing techniques, market intelligence, candidate engagement, and best practices.
  • Stay current on US labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices.
  • Ensure compliance with all US employment laws, hiring regulations, and company policies.
  • Drive process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and recruitment automation where applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with HR, Sales, Delivery, and executive leadership to support organizational growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in US recruitment, with significant expertise in IT staffing.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for Sales roles including Account Executives, Business Development Managers, Sales Directors, Client Partners, and related positions.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience leading recruitment teams.
  • Strong understanding of US employment practices, recruiting lifecycle, and staffing industry trends.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience managing recruitment metrics and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for a technology consulting or IT services organization.
  • Experience hiring across Cloud, Data Engineering, AI/ML, ERP, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, QA, DevOps, and Digital Transformation technologies.
  • Experience supporting high-volume and niche hiring initiatives.
  • Knowledge of recruitment automation and talent intelligence tools.
