Mainframe (Z/OS) Administrator

Mainframe Consultant required with:

A. Mandatory Qualifications - Must show a minimum of seven (7) to 10 years of zOS Strage experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas, including but not limited to:
1) Installing, maintaining, programming, testing, and monitoring of complex mainframe storage system hardware and software products.
2) Diagnosing and resolving technical problems, applying fixes, testing changes.
3) Installation and maintenance of storage equipment which includes VTS, DASD, SAN equipment, and products following CDT standards.
4) Design/support of the DFSMS suite of products, other IBM utilities, and ISV products.
5) Installation and maintenance of zOS related program products following CDT standards.
6) Design and support of IBM zOS Storage software and hardware platform.
B. Desirable Qualifications
1) Good verbal and written communications skills.
2) Ability to work in a team environment and share knowledge with staff.
3) Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and projects.
