Job Description:
>> Design, Develop and implement Varicent Solutions using Modules like Composer, Report Studio, Data Models, Workflows and Web Forms.
>> Design, Develop, Convert Business needs into Technical Varicent Configurations.
>> Develop and maintain ETL process, data pipelines and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
>> Create and publish dynamic reports for Commission insights.
>> Define and implement Varicent ICM architecture aligned with business requirements.
>> Design complex compensation models, workflows, and calculation logic within Varicent.
>> Lead a team of Varicent developers and administrators.
>> Provide guidance on best practices, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
>> Manage integrations between Varicent and CRM, ERP, HR systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, Workday).
>> Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely processing for incentive calculations.
>> Configure Varicent modules, roles, and security settings.
>> Monitor system performance and apply patchesupgrades as needed.
>> Develop dashboards and reports for incentive payouts, performance metrics, and compliance.
>> Provide insights to improve compensation strategies and reduce errors.
>> Work closely with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT teams to align Varicent solutions with business goals.
>> Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
>> Ensure adherence to SOX, GDPR, and other regulatory requirements.
>> Maintain audit trails and documentation for compliance purposes.
Requirements:
>> 10 & Above years of experience
>> Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
>> Scripting and automation skills
