Summary

We are seeking a G-Invoicing Integration Specialist – Oracle / Treasury to lead Treasury G-Invoicing implementation and seller/servicing-agency integration within an Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials environment.

The successful candidate will support GT&C, Orders, Performance, Settlement, IPAC, and Treasury interfaces, including integration configuration, testing, transaction validation, documentation, and go-live support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or integrating Treasury G-Invoicing or comparable federal interagency transaction interfaces.
• Experience with integration and interface configuration involving Treasury systems.
• Experience supporting federal financial transaction processes.
• Strong understanding of interface testing, transaction validation, and defect resolution.
• Ability to develop technical integration documentation and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance – mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Treasury G-Invoicing integration and interface configuration.
• Support General Terms & Conditions (GT&C), Orders, Performance, and Settlement processing.
• Configure and support IPAC settlement and Treasury interfaces.
• Develop integration design documentation and Interface Control Documents.
• Coordinate Treasury interface testing and defect resolution.
• Validate G-Invoicing transactions and interface data.
• Support transition of open GT&Cs and Orders during go-live.
• Provide post-production hypercare and integration support.
• Coordinate with functional, technical, Treasury, Oracle, and federal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct Treasury G-Invoicing implementation experience.
• Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials experience.
• Seller/servicing-agency G-Invoicing process knowledge.
• Experience with GT&C, Orders, Performance, Settlement, and IPAC.
• Oracle SOA / integration experience.
• Oracle certification.
