Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong ServiceNow and Claude AI expertise (mandatory) to design and build AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Now Assist, AI Agents, MCP servers, and LLM integrations, enabling intelligent automation and agentic workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy Now Assist skills and AI Agents on ServiceNow.
Build agentic workflows including orchestration, actions, and guardrails.
Design and implement MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers to expose ServiceNow data and APIs.
Create Claude AI skills (SKILL.md) and integrate with ServiceNow via MCP, REST APIs, and data platforms.
Develop multi-step AI workflows using Claude tool-use and ServiceNow actions.
Integrate AI capabilities into ServiceNow portals, workspaces, and custom apps.
Implement RAG-based solutions, prompt engineering, and knowledge grounding.
Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performance AI integrations.

Required Skills (Must Have)

6+ years of software development experience
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (MANDATORY)
- Scoped Apps, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scripted REST APIs
Hands-on experience with Claude AI / Anthropic (MANDATORY)
- Skill development, tool-use, integrations
Experience with Now Assist, AI Agents, or ServiceNow AI features
Experience building or consuming MCP servers (Model Context Protocol)
Strong in JavaScript / TypeScript and Python
Experience with LLM APIs & prompt engineering
Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and AI search
Strong understanding of REST / GraphQL APIs
Familiarity with OAuth2, API security, ACLs

Nice to Have

Experience with Snowflake or enterprise data platforms
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM)
Experience with Performance Analytics / WalkMe / UX Analytics
Exposure to customer support or CSM workflows
Contributions to AI / MCP / open-source projects
