Application Administrator for INFOR LN applications. Administrator with exposure of one or more applications who can manage, onboard users, maintain and monitor applications. This includes tasks like installation, User management, patching, security configuration and providing technical support.
Additionally, proficiency in Scripting languages, automating tasks working on Linux OS and exposure to middleware technologies. This is an important role in smooth functioning of application.
The selected candidate should be able to support tickets, manage and / or open new Oracle Service Requests (SR’s) as per customer requirements. Interact with customer process consultants and SME’s, perform root cause analysis where required and analyze various processes.
Required Qualifications:
1. Candidate must be located within the United States. Occasionally one may need to travel.
2. Issue resolution, root cause identification and analysis, recommend solution to complex issues.
3. Good understanding of software engineering practices and various business processes.
4. Manage Oracle SRs
Preferred Qualifications:
1. 4 to 6 years of experience with Oracle EBS, Peoplesoft applications
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Experience and desire to work closely with Customer
