Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and manage Oracle Cloud/ERP implementation and enhancement projects. The candidate will coordinate with business, functional, technical, and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle implementation and enhancement projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with functional and technical Oracle teams.
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track project status, deliverables, and overall progress.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and clients.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Manage resources and support project governance.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in IT/ERP Project Management.
• Strong experience managing Oracle Cloud/Fusion or Oracle ERP projects.
• Experience with Oracle implementation, upgrade, or transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
