Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to provide Agile support and project tracking for major technology initiatives. In this role, you will assist the Delivery Manager with planning, documentation, reporting, and the facilitation of Agile ceremonies.
Position: Project Coordinator / Agile Support Specialist
Work Arrangement: Remote
Location: Richmond, VA, USA
Interview Process: Web Cam or In-Person Interview
Shift: EST
Key Responsibilities
- Agile Support: Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Board Management: Maintain and update Agile boards in Azure DevOps (user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria).
- Project Tracking: Update project schedules, sprint plans, risk/issue logs, and action items.
- Documentation: Prepare status reports, meeting minutes, and maintain SharePoint project repositories.
Requirements & Key Skills
Must-Have:
- 3+ years of experience supporting project teams, Agile/Scrum environments, or administrative operations.
- 1+ year of direct experience working within a Tolling environment (Required).
- Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps, MS Office, and SharePoint.
- US Residency: Must physically reside in the US for the duration of the assignment.
Nice-to-Have:
- 5+ years of experience in process analysis and documenting business/systems processes.
- Agile Certification (CSM, Scrum Foundations, or equivalent).
- Project Management Certification (CAPM or entry-level equivalent).
