Must Have Qualifications:

• 3 5 years of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience required.
• Strong experience with test execution and validating test results.
• Experience in conflict management and effective stakeholder communication.
• Experience working as a Product Owner or in Product Support is required.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong product knowledge and mortgage banking experience are highly preferred.
• No technical test automation experience is required.

Job Description:
Seeking a UAT Liaison to bridge Business SMEs and Product teams, coordinating user acceptance testing and ensuring solutions meet business and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate UAT cycles, testing sessions, and readiness reviews.
• Develop UAT test cases, scripts, scenarios, checklists, and test data.
• Coordinate tester access, environments, documentation, and job aids.
• Track and manage defects, blockers, risks, and open issues using Jira/Confluence.
• Facilitate UAT meetings, walkthroughs, and office hours.
• Provide testing status, quality trends, and release-readiness updates to leadership.
• Partner with Business and Product teams to resolve issues and improve UAT processes.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in UAT, software testing, Business Analysis, or Product Support.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong understanding of the software testing lifecycle and defect management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
