RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Fort Thomas, KY that is seeking a Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join a collaborative support team providing frontline technical assistance. The Level 1 IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing Level 1 technical support via phone and email in a fast-paced support environment, as well as troubleshoot and resolve common issues and assist with upgrade requests.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6+ months of prior IT support experience (internship experience is acceptable)
* Must have hands on experience with Windows and Microsoft Office troubleshooting
* Must have Active Directory user and account support
* Azure experience is nice to have
* Must be customer-focused mindset with strong call center or customer service skills
* Must be able to manage multiple requests while maintaining professionalism and empathy
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
