We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience in end-to-end delivery of digital lending transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

We are hiring an expert Product Manager to manage multiple technical applications in a Microsoft environment, with specialized focus on lending and commercial lending solutions, including COTS integrations. Candidates must have deep banking experience in payments, deposits, and loan origination systems.

• Lead product roadmaps for lending platforms, small business lending operations, and commercial loan processing using Microsoft Stack of applications.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital lending transformations, including API integrations, microservices for real-time payments (ACH, RTP), and compliance in commercial banking.
• Drive automation, AI enhancements, and COTS implementations for lending workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to boost efficiency and reduce risks.

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in product/program management at banks like Wells Fargo, with proven expertise in lending, commercial lending ops, payments, and COTS apps.
• Strong Microsoft stack proficiency (Azure, DevOps), Agile governance, and onsite readiness for Irving, TX or Phoenix, AZ locations.
• Track record in delivering lending innovations, such as merchant onboarding and account opening reductions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong technical Background of developing applications.

Education Required:

•   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
