Position Overview
The Connecticut Department of Children and Families is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Full Stack Developer to support the agency's existing Salesforce applications and participate in the development and implementation of the next-generation CT-KIND / Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System (CCWIS).
The selected candidate will participate throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, documentation, and production support.
The developer will work with the existing DCF team and System Integrator to support Salesforce applications, contribute to the new CT-KIND system, and facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing application maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce applications.
- Develop Salesforce APEX, Lightning pages, and Visualforce pages.
- Apply OOP principles and established design patterns.
- Perform requirements analysis and verification.
- Provide technical analysis and requirements for application integrations.
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation.
